WCL Impact Study and Satisfaction Survey

WCL carried out an impact study to see how well we were delivering personalised services and what impact it was having for the people we support.

The study had two aims. Firstly, it aimed to investigate the impact  the personalised services provided by WCL had on the quality of life of the people they support, for each service individually and the organisation as a whole.  Secondly, to compare those with and without total personalised support.  Those who did not have One-Page Profiles, Person-Center Plans, and Person-Centered Reviews (No PS) were compared with those who had all three (PS) to see if there were any significant differences.
