Warrington Community Living is celebrating a double success having been awarded both Customer Service Excellence (CSE) and Investors in People Bronze (IiP) status within the last four months. Both of these exacting awards are judged by external assessors against national standards and comment on how well the organisation supports and develops their staff team to deliver high quality services to their customers.
Andrew Mackey (IiP Assessor) agreed saying, "What shone out was the pride that staff at Warrington Community Living took in their work and the values to which they worked, delivering really personalised services to people in Warrington."
CSE Assessor Hugh Keachie said “It was clear that there is a real passion shown by staff to go above and beyond expectations for the people they support and their relatives. There is a positive caring attitude in their approach, a real commitment to deliver promised quality service and a clear interest in improving the life of their customers”.
Warrington Community Living is our biggest local not-for-profit provider of adult social care services to people in Warrington, working with older and disabled people and those experiencing mental health issues and dementia.
Chief Executive Michael Sheppard proudly said, "We were already an Investors in People organisation, but the bronze status is a level above and the addition of the Customer Service Excellence accreditation tells us that investment in our colleagues is really delivering. I know, because I have asked, that there is nothing more important to the two hundred colleagues I have the privilege of working with than the quality of the services they offer to the people we support."
